Vegan Gluten Free "10 minute" Pizza

You donโt have to give up your favorite comfort foods and healthy food can be delicious! Here is my yummy vegetarian or vegan Pizza ๐ recipe !
If you love pizza, ๐ you don't have to give it up just because you are becoming more conscious of your diet. My husband and I love to make these easy, gluten free, stove top personal mini pan pizzas!! You can do any topping you want!! I like to make raw tomato sauce with fresh tomatoes and Sundried tomatoes in the cusinart, but jar sauce is fine in a pinch for time .
Recipe:
๐ food for life brown rice tortillas
๐tomatoes
๐ tomato sauce
๐ onion & garlic
๐broccoli or spinach
๐ red or green peppers
๐fresh basil

Or raw goat cheese or feta ( optional )
๐ artichoke hearts or kalamata olives
๐ use whatever topping you love
Sautรฉ veggies in coco oil with garlic and onion in one pan. In another pan, brown tortilla in small amount of coco oil on both sides so a little crispy. Then put a small amount of tomato sauce on tortilla, add toppings and cheese , turn down heat and cover til cheese soft or melted , make sure tortilla crispy on bottom . Remove and Place on plate let sit for a few minutes and then cut . Add fresh basil, salt, avo, pepper, cayenne, olives, or whatever you like to taste !
