Set up your smart order to receive your monthly order to stay consistent with your new and improved lifestyle habits. Consider staying on the ULT for 90 days and then shifting to the Core 4 program!

Continue this protocol until you achieve your desired results, then remain on Core 4 and other superfoods based on your needs, while maintaining a healthy, organic whole foods diet.
